Known Issues

We are aware of the following issues which are beyond our control:

• Apple Safari Browsers (Windows only) become non-responsive when attempting to display Adobe PDF files. It is necessary to use the Windows Task Manager to stop the process. It has been reported to take several seconds to over a minute to respond to the stop command. - Last Update 31 August 2009
• Google Chrome (stable) become non-responsive when attempting to display Adobe PDF files. It is necessary to use the Windows Task Manager to stop the process. It has been reported to take several seconds to over a minute to respond to the stop command. - Last Update 31 August 2009
• Google Chrome (beta) displays a blank (dark gray) window when attemting to display Adobe PDF files. The browser remains responsive and users can switch to other pages without stopping the process. - Last Update 31 August 2009

In all cases, the problems have been reported to the software vendors by multiple organizations. All we can do is wait for them to repair their software.
